Termination and Modification
You agree that Koreanwebcast, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Koreanwebcast  Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Koreanwebcast  Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Koreanwebcast  believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service. Further, you agree that Koreanwebcast  shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Koreanwebcast  Service. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Please check back at this webpage periodically for changes. Governing Law and Other Miscellaneous Terms
Unless expressly stated to the contrary elsewhere, all legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Koreanwebcast  Service shall be construed in accordance with, and all questions with respect thereto shall be determined by, the laws of the South Korea, applicable to contracts entered into and wholly to be performed within said South Korea. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Koreanwebcast  Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board ( http://www.kcab.or.kr ). Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board ,  Busan city, Korea  and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into in any district court in  Busan city,Korea  having jurisdiction thereof. Any party seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief may do so in any district court in  Busan city,Korea  having jurisdiction thereof. The district  courts of Busan city, Korea shall be the exclusive forum and venue to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and Koreanwebcast relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified by you except in writing, signed by both parties. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of Koreanwebcast's successors, assigns and licensees.

Copyright and Copyright Notices
Koreanwebcast respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Koreanwebcast may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Koreanwebcast's Copyright Agent with the following information:

an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
your address, telephone number, and email address;

All  disputes , controversies, or  differences which may arise between the parties , out of  or  in relation to  or  in connection with  this contract , or  for the breach  thereof ,  shall be finally  settled  by arbitration  in Busan , Korea  in accordance with  The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under the law of Korea, The award rendered by the arbitrator(s)  shall be  final  and binding  upon  both  parties  concerned.
